Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: The following terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all individuals who register a team for Ragnar. Only individuals who register a team for the full race are eligible to participate in this offer. "Sprint" races are not applicable for this offer.
Only individuals who register a team for the race are eligible to participate in this offer. Only 1 code per team can be used. If you cancel your team your refund will reflect the credit you received.
Code Usage: To qualify for the offer, the person registering for the team must use the provided code during the registration process. The code is valid only for new registrations and cannot be applied to previously purchased teams or entries. The code is valid only for new registrations of "Standard" and "Ultra" teams for the full race. The code cannot be applied to sprint races or any other race category.
Limited Availability of Gift Cards: The offer includes a $150 Nathan gift cards for the first 50 people who register a team for the race using the provided code. The availability of gift cards are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Redemption of Gift Card: Upon the purchase of your team, Nathan will contact you with information on how to redeem your offer ("Redemption"). Gift cards will be sent from Nathan and can be redeemed online or in-store at Nathan locations.The gift card provided under this offer has a value of $150. Only 1 person per team can redeem a gift card.
Cancellation and Refund: If the User decides to cancel the purchased team and requests a refund, the refund amount will be $150 less than the original purchase price. The refund amount takes into account the credit received by the User as part of the Promotions. The refund will be processed in the original form of payment, if applicable, within a reasonable timeframe.
Communication & Marketing Outreach:By participating in this offer, you give permission to both Ragnar and Nathan to contact you with offer-specific details and marketing outreach. Ragnar and Nathan may use the contact information provided by you during the purchase process or subsequent communication for the purpose of delivering Redemption details and conducting marketing outreach.
