Trading at Ragnar UK
Ragnar UK is home to two of the UK’s largest Relay events of its kind, Reebok Ragnar White Cliffs and Ragnar Trail Forest of Dean.
With 1000+ participants at each event, our traders and exhibitors make up a big part of the runner exchange points (Reebok Ragnar White Cliffs) and Ragnar Village (Forest of Dean). We welcome a range of food traders, bars, exhibitors and activation across both of our events.
Ragnar Trail Forest of Dean takes place 11-13th June 2021
Reebok Ragnar White Cliffs takes place 18-19th September 2021
Apply to Trade
If you are interested in trading or exhibiting at the event, please fill in our online application form. All applications will be considered against a list of criteria, including sustainability efforts, relevance, size and logistics of set up and de-rig.

Now that you’ve finished your mobile view, tidy up your landing page by deleting template instructions or unneeded page sections.
Your desktop and mobile views are connected.
Moving desktop elements between page sections will alter mobile and vice versa.
Hold ‘cmd’ or ‘ctrl’ and then drag an element to a new section to avoid changes.
Moving items within sections won’t affect the other view.

Think of your mobile view as a condensed summary of desktop.
A. Expand the content tree to the left
B. Select the visibility icon beside the elements you’d like to show or hide.

All page elements should sit inside the blue page guides. Anything outside is highlighted in red.
Layout Assistant helps you get inside the bounds fast.

A. Navigate to Page Properties
B. Under Layout Assistant, click “Entire Page”. Or select a page section, and apply to a section at a time.
Let’s publish (don’t worry it will only be visible to you).
A. Click ‘Save’,
B. Navigate back to the Page Overview screen
C. Click Publish
Before you Apply
If you are bringing a mobile unit or vehicle as your trading unit, please ensure you know your exact stall or vehicle sizes.
At a minimum, you are required to have up to date health and safety documents, food hygiene rating certificates and relevant insurances:
•Public and Employers Liability Insurance Certificates (Food traders are required to carry £5m cover, Non-food traders £1m cover)
•Health & Safety Documentation (Policies, Risk Assessments including Fire Risk Assessment, Training Records etc.)
•PAT Test Certification – all equipment must be PAT tested and proof of testing will be required on site
•Gas Safety Certificates (where applicable)
•Food Safety Management System (SFBB, NCASS, COOKSAFE or similar)
•Food Hygiene Training Certificate (food handlers only)
•Written allergen information on all unpackaged food.
Please note, food traders, crew caterers and bars MUST be registered with a Local Authority.
Sustainability
We ask that all of our traders to agree to our sustainability policy, bringing no single use plastics on to the event site(s) – to include straws, balloons, cutlery, plastic cups etc.
Deadline to Apply
The deadline to apply for Reebok Ragnar White Cliffs is Friday 2nd July.
Thea deadline to apply for Ragnar Trail Forest of Dean is Friday 2nd April.
If you are successful you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit at point of confirmation to secure your pitch. Failure to pay the deposit within 48hrs could result in your pitch being revoked.

Your application data will only be used for the purpose of assessing suitability for trading. Your details will not be shared or sold to any third parties. If you wish for us to delete your data after the 2021 event, please email info@runragnar.co.uk.
